Join Gottman Trained Leader Kate Sideras, LCSW, at the Denver Botanic Gardens for The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Couples Workshop, adapted from Dr. John Gottman’s evidence-based book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.

You will learn about the research behind The Seven Principles, you will explore the friendship foundation of your relationship, and you will practice tools for engaging in conflict with your partner. This workshop is intended to provide you with an understanding of what makes relationships last, and leave you with a road map for strengthening your relationship.
