Attention 2026 brides and grooms! Join Gottman Trained Leader Kate Sideras, LCSW, virtually for a premarital and newlywed cohort + workshop, adapted from Dr. John Gottman’s evidence-based book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. This workshop will be held on Tuesday evenings for 1.5 hrs (5:30p-7:00p MT) beginning on February 3rd through March 10th. Each week, we will review 1-2 of the Seven Principles with an opportunity to practice and reflect. This cohort is for couples and admission includes both parties within the couple!
