Premarital/Newlywed Workshop (6-week format)

Attention 2026 brides and grooms! Sign up today and get 20% off your workshop entry! $126 per weekly 1.5 hour session, less than half the cost of a couples therapy session of the same length.

This workshop is for couples who are feeling good about their relationship and care deeply about making sure that feeling lasts! You have seen relationships start in the honeymoon period, and change course over the years. Attend this workshop and set your relationship up for success from day 1 of your marriage.

This workshop will be held on Tuesday evenings for 1.5 hrs (5:30p-7:00p MT) beginning on February 3rd through March 10th. Each week, we will review 1-2 of the Seven Principles with an opportunity to practice and reflect with your partner. This workshop is for couples and admission includes both parties within the couple!

-Learn about what makes relationships last

-Practice evidence based tools with your partner

-Get in workshop and out of workshop support from Gottman trained therapist Kate Sideras, LCSW for the duration of your session
