Sunday 8:30a-1:30p
Get back to the basics with Gottman Trained Leader Kate Sideras, LCSW, in-person at the Denver Botanic Gardens for the Lessons in Love singles workshop, adapted from Dr. John Gottman’s evidence-based book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.
Learn how to date with intention starting with the very first date. You will learn easy to use relationship tools based on the Seven Principles, you will explore dating and past relationships, and you will increase own emotional awareness by reflecting on what you want and need in a relationship. You will be learning in a classroom style setting, and practicing skills in whole group and small group activities with other singles in the group. This workshop is intended to provide you with an understanding of what makes relationships last, and leave you with a road map for building stronger connections. You will walk out the door feeling more connected with other singles in a similar position, a clear intention for how to move forward in dating by moving toward your own needs and values, and tools for making your next first date worthwhile.
Cost: $299 (5-hour workshop with valuable life-changing skills you can apply today, for the cost of 2 hours of therapy)
Included in course registration:
