Join Gottman Trained Leader Kate Sideras, LCSW, at the Denver Botanic Gardens for the Lessons in Love singles workshop, adapted from Dr. John Gottman’s evidence-based book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work.

You will learn easy to use relationship tools based on the Seven Principles, you will explore dating and past relationships, and you will increase own emotional awareness by reflecting on what you want and need in a relationship. This workshop is intended to provide you with an understanding of what makes relationships last, and leave you with a road map for building stronger connections.
